New Nvidia drivers resolve tf2 and l4d issues

These new nvidia drivers resolved my left 4 dead and team fortress 2 freezing and poor fps performance issues. Thanks to Nvidia! I have a 9600gt in case you wanted to compare what you had and what helped.
